I make a living telling stories, and I have come to believe most brand stories are told the wrong way around.
Companies lead with the brand and bury the people. I do the opposite. The decision, the doubt, the room where someone argued for the harder path, that is where the story lives. The brand is just what it left behind.
That belief shapes everything I do. On The Story Behind, I sit with senior leaders and trace a single decision back to the human reasons behind it. The aim is never to flatter a brand. It is to understand it.
I serve as Chair of the Young Indians (Yi) Noida Chapter for 2026, part of the Confederation of Indian Industry, where the work is about giving the next generation of leaders a stage and a voice.

The Show
The Story Behind is a long-form interview show about how category-defining brands actually get built. Most interviews stop at the press release. This one starts where the real story does: the decision someone made when the safe move was obvious, and the reason they made a different one. No surface-level PR.
